Berilah mereka mut‘ah, bagi yang kaya sesuai dengan kemampuannya dan bagi yang miskin sesuai dengan kemampuannya pula, sebagai pemberian dengan cara yang patut dan ketentuan bagi orang-orang yang berbuat ihsan.

وَاتَّقُواْ يَوْماً لاَّ تَجْزِي نَفْسٌ عَن نَّفْسٍ شَيْئاً وَلاَ يُقْبَلُ مِنْهَا شَفَاعَةٌ وَلاَ يُؤْخَذُ مِنْهَا عَدْلٌ وَلاَ هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ ﴿٤٨﴾ two/Al-Baqarah-forty eight: Vattakoo yavman lea taczee nafsun aan nafsin shay’an va lea yukbalu minhea shafeaaatun va lea yu’haazu minhea aadlun va lea hum yunsaaroon(yunsaaroona).

2:146 الَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ يَعْرِفُونَهُ كَمَا يَعْرِفُونَ أَبْنَاءَهُمْ ۖ وَإِنَّ فَرِيقًا مِنْهُمْ لَيَكْتُمُونَ الْحَقَّ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ Individuals to whom We gave the Scripture know him because they know their own personal sons. But in fact, a party of these conceal the truth while they know [it].
